When the public version of Lokie is available, users will be able to request account deletion from inside the app or through the contact method provided on this website.

Until the public contact method is added, this page serves as the official account deletion information page for Lokie.

2. Information that may be deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, Lokie may delete or anonymize account-related personal information where technically and legally possible.

• Account profile information.
• Login-related account identifiers.
• Device and notification records linked to the account.
• User-submitted pet posts and images, where deletion is appropriate.

3. Information that may be retained

Some information may be retained for legitimate purposes such as safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or technical records.

• Moderation, report, or safety records.
